Q: What are your shipping times? A: Once processed, orders are typically shipped within 5-8 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged? A: Jenna Robinson Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at jenna90robinson@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Q: How do I return an item? A: Please email jenna90robinson@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? A: Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
